2023 All-Staff Event

These materials were created for the SDCOE 2023 All-Staff event, a convening of 1,100 employees for inspiring keynotes and interactive breakout sessions. The event art incorporates staff and student photos representing the vibrance and diversity of the communities we serve within the various districts and regions of San Diego County.

I collaborated closely with our communications and production teams to plan and produce 25 unique pieces of

digital and print event collateral which served as a fun and fresh extension of our established brand identity. 

From interactive displays and a life-sized Tetris puzzle to digital presentations and printed programs, I ensured each touchpoint was cohesive, on-brand, and executed to a high standard, resulting in employee engagement and overwhelmingly positive feedback for the event. 

The program for this event was awarded the 2024 NSPRA Award of Excellence - Special Purpose Publication.
